SHOW HOST
CAPT. JARED RASKOB
Jared grew up in the Florida Keys and has been exploring the local waters & fishing before most learn how to ride a bike without stabilizers! Jared’s parents gave him his first skiff at age 7 & he has been hooked ever since. In fact he actually drove his boat to school everyday long before getting his first car.
Upon turning nineteen, Jared became a licensed Captain. His career and reputation have been established by winning many highly competitive tournaments and through the positive accolades he has received from clients and friends alike. Jared is most proud of his family, Katie & their two sons. Jared’s proudest professional achievement was winning the 2015 Gold Cup Tarpon Tournament. Through his knowledge and dedication to the sport, Jared hopes to create the same thrill that he experiences daily for each and every angler that ever watches the show, or steps onto his boat.
Jared has led anglers to more tournament victories than any guide his age. Other guides will tell you he has a “sixth sense” for finding hungry fish. Guiding over 300 days a year might have something to do with that. And now, twenty-some years later, Jared is co-owner of his second series, “Sail Kings”. Jared has hosted Silver Kings, sister show to Sail Kings for nearly 8 years & has had so much fun doing it that he thought it was time to explore the Atlantic with “Sail Kings” sharpening his talents while learning from some of the best off-shore Captains in the business.
CO-OWNER, GUIDE & PHOTOGRAPHER
Capt. Greg Dini
Greg was born in Orlando, Florida and began fishing at a very young age, fishing the lakes and ponds for bass and bream. Greg graduated to the saltwater environment at the age of 10, when his family bought a condo on the east coast of Florida. Greg mastered his home waters in Mosquito Lagoon while in high school and made trips every other weekend to the west coast of Florida to fish the Charlotte Harbor area.
Greg played sports growing up and received a scholarship to play division one baseball at the University of Miami. This is where Greg’s addiction began. Greg would fish all day, play baseball in the afternoons, and had all of his classes scheduled at night. After Greg’s sophomore year at UM, he was transferred to play baseball at Tulane University in Uptown, New Orleans. Greg quickly became master of this local fishery that he had moved into and was out on the water in no time.
Greg is an all around athlete from playing collegiate baseball to being a competitive angler & guide. Greg is most proud of his wife, Courtney & their 3 children. Greg is co-owner of both Silver Kings & the Sail Kings series. Greg brings another one of his passions to both shows with his amazing still photography.
